Superior Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join our team and provide compassionate, clinically skilled care for a child living with their family in Hartfield. This is a night shift position supporting a client with complex health needs.

Client Profile

  • Age: Child
  • Lives with: Family
  • Interests: Family time, rabbits, and tortoises

Clinical Needs

  • Tracheostomy care (including suctioning in a paediatric setting)
  • Ideally experience performing tube changes on a child
  • Medication administration
  • Oral suctioning
  • PEG/J enteral feeding
  • Ventilation support

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Paediatric and complex care experience
  • Driver: Yes, with a clean driving licence
  • Checks: Enhanced child & adult DBS and three years of referencing
  • Personal Qualities: Compassionate, clinically experienced, and committed to ensuring the client lives a fulfilled life

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality care tailored to the client’s complex needs
  • Support the client’s wellbeing and enjoyment of life
  • Work collaboratively with the family and healthcare team
