Superior Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join our team and provide compassionate, clinically skilled care for a child living with their family in Hartfield. This is a night shift position supporting a client with complex health needs.

Clinical Needs
- Tracheostomy care (including suctioning in a paediatric setting)
- Ideally experience performing tube changes on a child
- Medication administration
- Oral suctioning
- PEG/J enteral feeding
- Ventilation support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Paediatric and complex care experience
- Driver: Yes, with a clean driving licence
- Checks: Enhanced child & adult DBS and three years of referencing
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, clinically experienced, and committed to ensuring the client lives a fulfilled life
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality care tailored to the client’s complex needs
