We are urgently seeking support workers, carers and complex care assistants in Gillingham to cover day shifts (12 hours per shift) – to join our team! Superior Healthcare provides round‑the‑clock care packages to support individuals including children, young people and adults living with long‑term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home. Please note you will be supporting one client for the duration of one shift. As a care assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long‑term with one or a small number of clients. You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for people who are keen to work full‑time hours, however part‑time roles are offered.

Responsibilities

  • To support clients with personal care and administer medication.
  • To provide complex care interventions such as PEG and JEJ feeding / spinal cord injury.
  • To support clients with moving and handling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Full UK right to work.
