Who are we? Superior Healthcare delivers round-the-clock care to children, young people, and adults with long-term complex health conditions. Our goal is simple: we support clients to live life to the full—independently, happily, and safely at home—while providing our care team with fantastic benefits, genuine support, and opportunities to progress.
Your responsibilities will include supporting our 1-year-old client with any clinical intervention required throughout the day, this includes BIPAP, monitoring oxygen, setting up NJ and NG tube feeds and administering their medication. The ideal candidate has previous experience of working with paediatric clients.
Shift Pattern: We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week. Type: Waking Nights Monday – Saturday 21:00 – 06:00. Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities- To communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
- To follow the clients care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
- To prioritise the clients wellbeing and raise any safeguarding concerns.
- To provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, ventilation, and tube feeding.
- A driving license is not essential, but preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
- Choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
- Blue light card - we’ll pay for it.
