Responsibilities
- Communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
- Follow the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
- Prioritise the client's wellbeing and raise any safeguarding concerns.
- Provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, ventilation, and tube feeding.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
- Experience working with paediatric clients.
- Driving license preferred (not essential).
Shift Details
- Type: Waking Nights. Monday β Saturday 21:00 β 06:00.
- Additional shifts available in the local area for flexible availability and willingness to travel.
- We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
