Pay: £18.00-19.00£/hour We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistants to support our clients in Crawley with highly complex care needs in their own homes.
- About the Role You will be providing one-to-one care for non-verbal clients living with:
- Epilepsy
- Gastrostomy (PEG) in situ
- Severe learning difficulties
- Bilateral profound deafness
This is a highly rewarding role where you will play a vital part in maintaining dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life for individuals with complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, person-centered care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting clients with epilepsy management and seizure protocols
- Providing gastrostomy feeding and care (refresher training provided)
- Using non-verbal communication methods and sensory awareness
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behavior
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
