Join our team as a Senior Care Assistant in Medway! Work across our Mid-Kent Hub, covering areas including Gravesend, Dartford, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Sheerness, Sittingbourne and Faversham. This is a Night Senior role only.

Responsibilities:
- To provide a high standard of care to our clients each with differing healthcare requirements.
- To provide care interventions: personal care, medication administration, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, stoma care, and ventilator support.
- To support new members of staff with shadow shifts and induction.
Requirements:
- Experience with tracheostomy, PEG and ventilation care.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- 12 months UK care experience and full right to work.
- Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
- Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
- Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
