Flexible Shifts to Suit You Morning Shifts: 06:00 - 08:30 Afternoon/Evening Shifts: 16:00 - 22:00 Weekend Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 Half-Term Cover (Monday-Friday): 06:00 - 22:00 About the Role We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Care Assistant to support an 18-year-old young man living with his family in Polegate . This young man has a great sense of humour, is a joy to work with, and enjoys getting out and about in the community . You'll have the opportunity to support him on days out and community activities using his wheelchair, helping him live life to the fullest while building a meaningful relationship with him and his family. This is a 2:1 support package , meaning you'll always be working alongside another member of the care team and will be fully supported by experienced colleagues. You'll be joining an established, friendly team who know him well and are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You'll support with: ?? Seizure management ?? Manual handling ??
