Our client is a gentleman living in his own family home in Ascot. As a member of his team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Administering medication
- Supporting with care needs
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with moving and handling
To show the client dignity and respect at all times. To closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical intervention required. To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies. To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person‑centred care is provided. To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
Day team members must have a manual driving license. Experience supporting with moving and handling. Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs. Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting. Experience supporting someone who uses BSL.
Choose to work full‑time or part‑time hours. Enjoy a fixed rota, with the option of overtime. Shift times to be confirmed but staff will be expected to work 24 hours including a sleeping night shift - Pay rates are £320 per 24 hour shift. Choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
