Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist an individual living with a brain injury in Canvey Island, delivering person-centred care at home and in the community on a 1:1 basis.
Shifts are days, Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00am–8:00pm, with flexible patterns and support from a specialist team.
You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, and help with medications, while encouraging independence and social engagement to improve quality of life in a safe environment.
