Complex Care Senior Carers! Day Shift Senior £16.10 - £18.40 Night Shift Senior £17.25 - £19.33 Work across our East-Kent Hub, covering areas including Whitstable, Canterbury, Herne Bay, and Thanet as a Day or Night Complex Care Senior Carer! Since 2006, we have supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs. Now, we are expanding and we would love to welcome you to our compassionate and committed care community.
About the Role: As a Complex Care Senior Carer you will have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.
Location: Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas
Shift Pattern: typically 8 - 12 hour Day shifts or Wake Night shifts
Client Focus: One client per shift
Rota: Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off
All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You will learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.
