Superior Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Support Workers to support a 1-year-old female with complex care needs overnight in her family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist paediatric care, ensuring the client remains safe, comfortable, and well supported throughout the night, while promoting a calm and nurturing environment. She is a happy baby who loves cuddles, sensory toys, music, and lights. At times, she may need reassurance and a cuddle to help her settle back to sleep. Carers should be confident in providing gentle, responsive support and encouraging development through play and sensory interaction where appropriate. Our community team provides round-the-clock care packages, enabling clients with long-term conditions to live safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing safe and attentive overnight care
- Monitoring and supporting complex clinical needs
- Delivering personal care where required
- Supporting comfort and sleep routines, including reassurance when needed
- Encouraging sensory engagement and development through play
- Building a trusting, professional relationship with the family
- Accurately recording care and reporting concerns
Shift Pattern
Monday-Sunday shifts available 22:00 - 07:00

Requirements
- Complex paediatric experience is essential
- Previous care experience including personal care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week
- Based in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available)
