Regional Nurse Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a current Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse Leader ready to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Registered Manager and working closely with the Director of Clinical Operations, you will lead and support our team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors while ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, governance and safeguarding across the region.

You will maintain a small caseload of Clients.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Providing leadership, guidance and support to Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors.
  • Driving quality, governance and safeguarding standards across complex care packages.
  • Supporting service growth, package mobilisation and relationship management with commissioners and stakeholders.
  • Leading audits, investigations, clinical reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring operational performance and supporting teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Acting as a clinical role model and champion for best practice.
  • Supporting the clinical on-call function and operational delivery when required.

We're looking for someone who

  • Is a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Has significant experience working within complex clinical care services.
  • Has a minimum of five years' experience in a specialist nursing or clinical role.
  • Has experience managing safeguarding processes and clinical governance.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for clients and teams.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence with six points or fewer and right to work in the UK
