We are recruiting a Senior Complex Healthcare Assistant to work across Maidstone and West Kent. The role involves supporting a range of packages across locations including Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, West Malling, and Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. Applicants must be clinically skilled and experienced in complex care, including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, and epilepsy, and confident working with a range of age groups. Flexibility to work across all West Kent packages is essential. This is an annualised contract.
Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
How we'll support you: Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us and paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. If a client's needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you, as a community care assistant, can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.

Shifts: Shifts vary, typically 8pm-8am on an annualised contract: alternating between 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next.

Healthcare Assistant Requirements:
- Previous care experience involving personal care
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
