Superior Healthcare is seeking Rapid Response Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, supporting adults and children across West and Mid Kent. This is a permanent position working nights where you will provide clinical support in clients' homes when their regular team members are unavailable.
You will also support clients requiring interventions such as:
- Tracheostomy
- Ventilation
- Gastrostomy
- Bowel management
- Seizures
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality complex care in clients' homes
- Work to a two-week rota with regular hours (days and nights available)
- Provide last minute cover when needed
- Assist with training and induction of Healthcare Assistants and Nurses
- Ensure continuity of care and clinical excellence
Shift Pattern - 8-12 hour shifts
Week 1: Mon, Thu, Fri
Week 2: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
Week 3: Mon, Thu, Fri
Week 4: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
Pay & Benefits
£26-£31 per hour
Full-time salary equivalent: £57,562 (Nights)
