Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Healthcare Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 30s with an acquired brain injury and epilepsy in his own home. This is a rewarding role for a down‑to‑earth carer with a good sense of humour, who can build a positive and relaxed rapport with the client while supporting him to live safely and independently. The client has a great personality and enjoys working with carers who are friendly, approachable, and confident.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day personal and practical support within the home
- Promoting independence, confidence, and social engagement
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Providing reassurance and monitoring due to epilepsy
- Building a positive, consistent, and respectful working relationship
Shift Pattern
- Week One – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 10:30 – 18:30
- Week Two – Monday, Wednesday, Saturday – 10:30-18:30
Pay & Benefits
- £15.40 per hour with an increased pay rate for weekend working.

Requirements
- Driver essential
- Previous experience in a care or support role preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injury and/or epilepsy advantageous
- A calm, friendly, and down‑to‑earth approach

- Enhanced DBS check
- Three years’ continuous referencing
