Supporting an energetic, adventurous 3-year-old. We're looking for a caring, energetic, and patient person to join our team and support a very special 3-year-old boy in Woking. He's bright, curious, and full of energy - a little Houdini who loves to explore and keeps everyone on their toes. He has Autism, displays some challenging behaviours, and is fed via a PEG tube, but you'll receive full paid training and ongoing support so you can feel confident in every aspect of his care. What matters most is that you bring energy, empathy, and a good sense of humour. If you can match his enthusiasm and help him stay safe while encouraging his independence and play, we'd love to meet you.
About Superior Healthcare: Superior Healthcare provides one-to-one support for children and adults living with long-term health needs, helping them stay comfortable, safe, and happy in their own homes. As part of our community complex care team, you'll work closely with one client (or a small number of clients) and really get to know them and their family. You'll have a fixed rota for consistency, with opportunities for overtime if you'd like extra hours. We welcome experienced carers, support workers, and healthcare assistants, but we also value passion and the right attitude above all.
Shifts & Pay:
- Night shifts 7pm-7am
- From £15.40 per hour for nights and £14.30 for days.
What You'll Get from Us:
- £14.30 per hour
- Thorough paid induction and classroom-based training
- Paid specialist training (including PEG feeding and Autism support)
- The chance to complete an NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Holiday pay and pension scheme
- Blue Light Card (we'll cover the cost)
- Employee Assistance Programme and menopause support
- Refer-a-friend scheme - earn Amazon vouchers
- Regular supervision and ongoing support from our team of nurses and supervisors
We're ideally looking for someone who can commit to two or more shifts per week.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience providing personal care
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- To be based in the UK (we are not able to offer visa sponsorship)
Ready to Join Us? If you're kind, resilient, and have the energy to keep up with a lively little escape artist while helping him grow, learn, and stay safe, we'd love to hear from you.
