We are currently recruiting for Childrens Support Worker to provide support on a 2:1 basis for a high energy 9 year old boy at his family home in Watford outside of school hours. Experience of special educational needs, autism, behaviours that challenge and epilepsy would be an advantage but training and ongoing support will also be available.
Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes. As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you join our complex care team and will work long-term with one or a small number of clients. You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for carers, support workers and healthcare assistants who are keen to work full-time hours; however, part-time roles are offered.
How we’ll support you:
- Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us and paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
- If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you, as a community care assistant, can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.

Shifts: Monday to Sunday 9pm - 9am (Please note: this is for one waking night carer and one sleep night carer)

Requirements:
- Previous care experience involving personal care.
