Join Superior Healthcare Management, LLC to support a young client with complex medical and developmental needs in Faversham. This full-time day shift role involves 12-hour shifts, house-based care, and driving the client to appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care and support daily activities, personal hygiene and mobility.
- Engage client in therapeutic activities: reading, puzzles, role play and creative play.
- Assist with medication and medical monitoring; record care notes.
- Drive client to college and other appointments; full manual clean driving licence required.
- Collaborate with care team, agency staff and local services to coordinate care and plan.
Qualifications:
- Full-time availability, 12-hour shift schedule.
- Full manual clean driving licence; knowledge of local roads.
- Experience with clients with epilepsy, spinal surgery, post-scoliosis surgery, Dravet syndrome, developmental delay is desirable.
- Previous care, paediatric or school assistant experience an advantage.
