Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Worker in Crawley to provide exceptional care for our complex care client who lives in their own home. Our client is a younger adult who needs support with PEG, medication, and seizure management.
Your role as a Support Worker would include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the client's daily or nighttime routine
- Supporting any clinical intervention required throughout the shift
- Providing personal care
- Administering medication
- Regularly accessing the community during a day shift

Shift Requirements:
- Days: 8:00am to 8:00pm
- Waking Nights: 8:00pm to 8:00am
- 2:1 shifts
Qualifications:
Employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and receipt of professional employment references covering the last 3 years.
