Superior Healthcare delivers round‑the‑clock care to children, young people, and adults with long‑term complex health conditions. Our goal is simple: we support clients to live life to the full‑independently, happily, and safely at home while providing our care team with fantastic benefits, genuine support, and opportunities to progress.
Responsibilities:
- Work long‑term with one or a few clients, supporting one person per shift.
- Assist clients with seizure management, PEG feeding, personal care, moving and handling, and daily living tasks.
- Provide care in a compassionate, person‑centred manner.
Shift Pattern & Availability:
- Days: 08:00 – 20:00
- Waking Nights: 20:00 – 08:00
- Minimum commitment of two shifts per week; both full‑time and part‑time positions available.
- Additional shifts available locally for those with flexible availability and willingness to travel.
Requirements:
- Experience or willingness to support clients with complex needs.
- Strong people skills and compassion.
- Meeting Enhanced DBS check and providing professional references.
