Superior Healthcare is seeking clinically confident Registered Nurses to join our dedicated Complex Care team in Sussex. You will support paediatric clients with a range of complex health needs in their own homes, delivering safe, consistent, and person‑centred care. This community‑based role includes hands‑on bedside nursing, working closely with clients and families to ensure the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 bedside care, working closely with clients and families.
- Support several HCA‑led packages, matched to your clinical skill set.
- Prepare for each client by reviewing the care plan beforehand.
- Build long‑term rapport with regular clients.
- Work with some clients less frequently, as required by their support needs and rota.
- Step into nursing‑led packages when recruitment needs arise, offering progression opportunities.
Clients
- Age: Young Adults and Children.
- Lives with: Siblings, pets, and other household members.
- Clinical conditions: CPAP/BiPAP, PEG/JEJ feeding, epilepsy management, spinal and ABI care, visual/hearing impairments, medication administration, oral suctioning, moving & handling, and personal care.
Shift Pattern
Day and night shifts available.
