Since 2006, we have supported families across the UK with specialist, at‑home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs. Now, we are expanding and we would love to welcome you to our compassionate and committed care community.
About the Role
As a Complex Care Senior Carer you’ll have the opportunity to provide long‑term support to individuals and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area. All new team members attend a week‑long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.
