Superior Healthcare is seeking Rapid Response Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, supporting adults and children across West and Mid Kent. This is a permanent position where you will provide clinical support in clients' homes when their regular team members are unavailable. You will work with clients living with a wide range of life‑limiting conditions, including:

  • Congenital conditions from birth
  • Degenerative conditions
  • Spinal injuries
  • Acquired brain injuries

You will also support clients requiring interventions such as:

  • Tracheostomy
  • Ventilation
  • Gastrostomy
  • Bowel management
  • Seizures

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality complex care in clients' homes
  • Work to a two‑week rota with regular hours (days and nights available)
  • Provide last‑minute cover when needed
  • Assist with training and induction of Healthcare Assistants and Nurses
  • Ensure continuity of care and clinical excellence

Shift Pattern

  • Week 1: Mon, Thu, Fri
  • Week 2: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
  • Week 3: Mon, Thu, Fri
  • Week 4: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun

Pay & Benefits

  • £26-£31 per hour
  • Full‑time salary equivalent: £47,646 (Days) – £57,562 (Nights)
