We urgently need support workers, carers and healthcare assistants in Kent to cover regular day or night shifts. We provide round‑the‑clock care packages to support people, including children, young people and adults living with long‑term health conditions in their own homes. As a care assistant you will support one client for the duration of each shift and work long‑term with a small number of clients. You must commit to at least two shifts a week.
Responsibilities and Shift Details
- Day or night shifts
- 8–12 hour shifts (depending on client hours)
- Provide personal and clinical care to one client per shift
Benefits
- £14–£17 per hour (bank holiday rates £19.50–£28 per hour)
