Superior Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers, Support Workers, and Complex Care Assistants to support a young lady with a tracheostomy during waking night shifts in Ramsgate. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist one-to-one care, ensuring the client's safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night while supporting her in her own home.

Our client is a young lady who requires overnight support from a confident and attentive care professional. We are looking for someone with a good practical knowledge of tracheostomies who can provide high-quality clinical care, remain vigilant throughout the night, and build a positive, trusting relationship with the client and her family.
Location: Ramsgate & nearby areas
Shift Pattern: 12 hour wake night shifts
Client Focus: One client per shift
Rota: Set rota with optional overtime
Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex clinical care, including tracheostomy care and airway management
- Monitor the client's wellbeing throughout the night
- Respond promptly to clinical needs and changes in condition
- Maintain accurate care records and handovers
- Promote comfort, dignity, and person-centred care
- Work closely with family members and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting clients with complex care needs
- Tracheostomy experience is essential with additional training provided
- Commitment to regular waking night shifts
- Full UK driving license with access to a car
- To commit to two 12-hour shifts per week
- Full right to work within the UK
