Superior Group are seeking skilled and experienced Painters to join our Decorating Division. Specialising in high-quality interior and exterior painting, you’ll be part of a trusted network delivering exceptional finishes across a range of residential and commercial projects. If you’re a reliable painter with a commitment to precision and excellence, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Painting & Finishing:Apply high-quality finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces, ensuring precision and a professional standard of work.
- Surface Preparation:Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming, to achieve a flawless finish.
- Material Application:Work efficiently with various paints, stains, and finishes, following specifications and project requirements.
- Decorative Work:Execute decorative techniques (if applicable), such as feature walls, textured finishes, or wallpaper hanging.
- Site Clean-Up:Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring spaces are left tidy and ready for client use upon completion.
- Health & Safety Compliance:Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Quality Assurance:Inspect finished work to ensure it meets the Superior Group’s high standards and client expectations.
- Problem Solving:Address and resolve any on-site challenges effectively, ensuring smooth project progress.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced:Proven expertise in interior and/or exterior painting, with a portfolio of projects showcasing your high-quality finishes.
- Reliability:A dependable professional with a reputation for delivering excellent work on schedule.
- Own Equipment:Must have your own tools, including brushes, rollers, ladders, and transportation.
- Health & Safety Credentials:A valid CSCS Card is required; additional qualifications such as IPAF or PASMA are advantageous.
- Attention to Detail:A meticulous approach to preparation, application, and finishing.
- Communication Skills:Strong ability to collaborate with our team and maintain clear communication to ensure project success.
