What YOU will do:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which include toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service and communication abilities
- Attend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs
- Proper documentation of all service and maintenance calls
- Handle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.
What YOU will bring:
- 3-5 Years of residential plumbing experience required
- RI Journeyman plumbing license with field experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available for on-call rotation
