Superior Healthcare is seeking Rapid Response Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, supporting adults and children across West and Mid Kent. This is a permanent position working nights where you will provide clinical support in clients' homes when their regular team members are unavailable. You will work with clients living with a wide range of life‑limiting conditions, including:
- Congenital conditions from birth
- Degenerative conditions
- Spinal injuries
- Acquired brain injuries
You will also support clients requiring interventions such as:
- Tracheostomy
- Ventilation
- Gastrostomy
- Bowel management
- Seizures
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality complex care in clients' homes
- Work to a two‑week rota with regular hours (days and nights available)
- Provide last‑minute cover when needed
- Assist with training and induction of Healthcare Assistants and Nurses
- Ensure continuity of care and clinical excellence
Shift Pattern
- 8‑12 hour shifts
- Week 1: Mon, Thu, Fri
- Week 2: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
- Week 3: Mon, Thu, Fri
- Week 4: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
Pay & Benefits
- £26‑£31 per hour
- Full‑time salary equivalent: £57,562 (Nights)
