SuperCare is looking for an experienced, confident, and compassionate Night Team Leader to join our children’s residential homes. In this role, you will lead a small pod of night support workers, ensuring high-quality, consistent care for young people with autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and severe learning disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is looking to progress into a Deputy Manager role. This role offers flexibility across all our homes in East Sussex, ideal for someone looking to develop leadership skills across a range of complex care specialities. Alternatively, you can choose to specialise in a single home. You’ll gain experience in different settings, support diverse needs, and further develop your expertise in managing and mentoring night staff teams.

As a Night Team Leader, you will lead by example, promoting best practice and trauma-informed, child-centred care, while supporting both young people and staff throughout the night.

  • Proven experience in a residential childcare setting with night shift experience - essential
