SuperCare operates a 24 hour, 365 day residential service and seeks an experienced Night Team Leader for Eastbourne. You will lead shifts, supervise Coaches and Senior Coaches, and ensure safeguarding and high standards of care for young people aged 10-16 with complex needs.
In this role you will maintain accurate records, support trauma‑informed practice, and work with families and social workers to achieve positive outcomes. Flexible shifts include days and nights across multiple homes.
