SuperHiring is looking for a compassionate Residential Support Worker for an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home in Eastbourne. You will help young people become more independent, provide therapeutic care, and work within a safe, structured environment that supports ASD, ADHD and learning disabilities.
Shifts cover day or night patterns in a 24/7 service. Experience with children or young people is preferred; Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is desired, or willingness to complete.
