SuperHiring in Eastbourne is seeking an In-House Assessor to support learners completing Level 3 and Level 5 Residential Childcare qualifications across our services. The role is hybrid (Eastbourne and remote work) with visits to residential homes as required.
You will assess learners in the workplace, provide timely feedback, plan assessment schedules, and ensure compliance with awarding bodies and safeguarding regulations. Enhanced DBS is required, and some travel to homes will be needed.
