SuperHiring in Eastbourne is seeking a Learning Support and Behaviour Mentor to help pupils aged 5–18 with SEN and SEMH. You will support learning, manage behaviour, and assist with personal development in collaboration with staff and therapists.
The role is term-time (39 weeks) with hours 8am–3pm, full-time base, and requires travel to a Ninfield site two afternoons per week. Salary is pro-rata £22,000–£28,000 per annum depending on experience.
