SuperCare operates a 24 hour, 365 day service and is seeking a Senior Night Coach for our residential children’s home in Bexhill-on-Sea. You will lead practice on shift, support staff teams and help maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and behaviour management for young people aged 10 to 16.
The role requires resilience, trauma-informed care, and the ability to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
