- Drive growth in our product-led revenues by launching new initiatives and optimising existing features.
- Lead the engineering function and ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure.
- Oversee architecture decisions, development workflows, and vendor integrations (e.g. Open Banking, benefits APIs).
- Ensure technical best practices in documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Lead ongoing customer research initiatives, from surveys to in-depth ethnographic studies.
- Leverage Open Banking and internal usage data to power personalisation, nudges, and predictive alerts.
- Support regulatory compliance and security standards, including GDPR, Consumer Duty and ISO 27001.
- Manage a high-performing product and engineering team.
- Maintain a culture of experimentation, delivery, and impact.
- Represent the product and tech function with key stakeholders.

- Able to balance user needs, business goals, and tech constraints with clear prioritisation.
- Skilled in building 0→1 and 1→n products with proven user and commercial outcomes.
- Proactive product design: you’re comfortable getting hands-on and designing new features ready for our engineering team to build.
- Experienced in leading agile product teams and scaling infrastructure in early-stage environments.
- Mission-aligned, humble, and able to work collaboratively with commercial, ops, and external partners.
