We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to take a leading role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across multiple touchpoints. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting distinctive brand systems, storytelling-driven visuals, and high-impact creative assets that drive recognition and engagement. This is a highly hands-on role, requiring both strategic thinking and executional excellence—ideal for a designer who thrives on creating bold, innovative brand expressions.

As part of the creative team, you will collaborate with motion designers, product designers, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and compelling brand identities. You will help define the visual DNA of new and existing brands, ensuring that every design decision reinforces their personality, positioning, and market impact.

What you will do in first 6 months

  • First mover: You will have a pivotal role in establishing a world-class design studio from the ground up.
  • Brand Identity Development: Conceptualize and execute brand identities, including logos, typography, color systems, iconography, and visual frameworks. Develop brand guidelines and design systems that ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, from digital to print. Work closely with the Creative Director to refine and evolve brand narratives and visual languages.
  • Visual Storytelling & Campaign Design: Translate brand strategies into compelling visual storytelling across marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital activations. Design high-impact key visuals, advertising assets, and social media content that elevate brand presence. Work alongside motion designers to develop dynamic animations and branded motion content.
  • Cross-Platform Creative Execution: Create branded assets for web, mobile, social media, presentations, events, and product interfaces. Ensure visual consistency across merchandise, packaging, and physical touchpoints, where applicable. Partner with product designers to integrate brand elements into digital products and interfaces.
  • Innovation & Creative Exploration: Push creative boundaries, introducing new trends, techniques, and aesthetics that set our brands apart. Experiment with emerging design technologies, AI-driven tools, and interactive branding to enhance engagement.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with marketing teams, motion designers, and copywriters to align visuals with messaging and brand strategy. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration to elevate the overall design output.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all digital designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and brand alignment. Work alongside wider creative teams to design award-winning experiences. Collaborate with top agencies around the world to guide projects in development.

Must haves

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, identity creation, and visual storytelling, ideally in a creative agency, branding studio, or tech-driven company.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign work, and multi-platform design execution in consumer and tech related brands.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects) or 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience designing for both digital and physical touchpoints, including web, social, print, and motion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, juggling multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • A constant desire to be recognised for your work and strive for top industry awards.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain principles is not required — this can be learnt.
