The Role
As a Principal Product Designer, you\’ll lead the design of complex casino products while navigating the unique challenges of blockchain integration, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming principles. Joining our senior design team, you\’ll work across multiple design disciplines to deliver exceptional experiences that make Web3 gaming accessible, trustworthy, and thrilling for players worldwide. You will take the lead in shaping the product experience, transforming the product strategy\’s vision, alongside the brand\’s essence and emotional tone, into well-considered, practical, and highly engaging products.
What you’ll do

Design comprehensive casino gaming experiences across our Web3 product suite, from classic games to innovative blockchain-native formats, ensuring each interaction feels intuitive.

Set a quality standard for Web3 gaming interfaces, pushing beyond traditional casino design patterns to create experiences that showcase the unique benefits of blockchain technology while maintaining familiar, engaging gameplay.

Lead the translation of smart contract functionality and blockchain mechanics into clear, trustworthy user experiences that build player confidence in provably fair gaming.

Collaborate with blockchain engineers, game mathematicians, and compliance teams to ensure designs meet technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming standards.

Design for multiple states and edge cases unique to Web3 gaming, including wallet connections, transaction flows, gas optimization, and on-chain/off-chain hybrid experiences.

Create cohesive design systems that scale across different game types while maintaining consistent patterns for Web3 interactions like staking, claiming rewards, and viewing on-chain history.

Partner with research teams to understand player behavior in Web3 casinos, identifying opportunities to reduce friction in onboarding and increase engagement through gamification and social features.

Requirements

Proven track record of designing engaging digital experiences in gaming and Web3 environments that keep users coming back.

Proven experience across UX, UI, and Motion design at a senior level, with a portfolio that showcases your range, typically T-shaped with your core discipline being UI and Motion design.

Working knowledge of Web3 concepts (wallets, transactions, smart contracts) with ability to design intuitive abstractions for mainstream users

Passion for gaming and entertainment, with understanding of what makes experiences thrilling while maintaining player trust and safety

Strong prototyping skills to communicate complex interaction patterns and real-time gaming experiences

A track record of working across the product development cycle, from initial vision and discovery through to detailed design execution.
