Purpose of the Role
We’re seeking a Head of Affiliates to build, lead, and scale our affiliate program. You’ll own everything from strategy to execution, managing relationships with high‑value partners while developing a high‑performing team. This role reports to CMO and is critical to our customer acquisition strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with company growth objectives
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with iGaming affiliates, streamers, KOLs, and content creators
- Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures that balance profitability with competitive positioning
- Implement tracking, reporting, and fraud prevention systems to ensure program integrity
- Analyse affiliate performance data and optimise campaigns for ROI
- Manage affiliate marketing budget and forecast revenue contribution
- Collaborate with Product, Tech and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner experience
- Ensure affiliate compliance across jurisdictions
- Represent Playlink at industry conferences and networking events
Work Experience and Skills
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 3 years in crypto gambling or iGaming
- 2+ years managing and developing teams
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving revenue targets
- Deep understanding of crypto/blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payment flows
- Strong network of existing affiliate relationships in the crypto gambling space
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Data‑driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
