The Role

As a Stylist at Superdry, you’ll be a key member of the Brand Agency, reporting to the Brand Creative Manager. You’ll play a central role in shaping elevated, contemporary content for campaign, ecommerce, digital, and wholesale channels - content that inspires our style-obsessed customer and reflects our brand values.

You’ll lead on styling direction across projects, collaborating closely with creatives and cross-functional teams to craft compelling visual stories that align with Superdry’s evolving brand identity. This role is on-site in Cheltenham, working 8:00 am - 6:00 pm across four days per week. Due to the nature of the work, hybrid working is not available.

You Will

  • Style contemporary model and still-life shoots for B2B, B2C, and brand marketing across all channels.
  • Curate standout looks with meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of product appeal and consumer relevance.
  • Collaborate with CST, Product Design, and other stakeholders to build product knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver seasonal ecommerce styling guidelines.
  • Lead style-out sessions to select hero products and final looks for shoots.
  • Present styling concepts to the Head of Brand Creative and key stakeholders, documenting and circulating approved looks.
  • Manage on-set styling, ensuring garments are prepared, steamed, and styled according to seasonal guidelines.
  • Order and track samples for creative and ecommerce shoots.
  • Ensure seamless product movement through the studio workflow, upholding quality and consistency standards.
  • Coordinate shoot elements to create the best expression of the product.
  • Maintain post-shoot documentation, creating and managing line-lists by season.
  • Oversee quality control by partnering with Creative/Photo/Film/Retouch teams, giving clear retouch notes to ensure premium delivery.
  • Champion Superdry’s brand guidelines through every styling choice.
  • Stay inspired by monitoring industry trends, fashion shows, social media, street style, and competitor activity.
  • Continually raise the creative bar for styling at Superdry, driving our content to industry-leading standards.
  • Proactively manage a high-volume workload, preparing for shoots on tight timelines.

You Are

  • A highly experienced fashion stylist with a strong portfolio and a background in studio and campaign environments.
  • Confident styling on set - both in studio and on location - for models and product-focused shoots.
  • Knowledgeable about studio operations including production, photography, film, retouch, and HMU.
  • Efficient in a high-output environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Deeply connected to fashion culture, catwalk trends, and how these inform styling for the Superdry consumer.
  • Experienced with working within brand guidelines and trend forecasting.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and resilient - comfortable working with a passionate and fast-moving leadership team.
  • Committed to producing creative work at the highest level.
