Retail Team Leader (Brand Lead)
As a Brand Lead, you are a genuine ambassador for our brand, bringing your own style and expertise to deliver an exceptional customer brand experience in-store. You will support the management team in motivating and leading the team to achieve and surpass store targets, fostering excellence across all areas.
Main Responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Utilize your local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience.
- Become an expert in our style choices and bring them to life for our customers.
- Make confident decisions for customer satisfaction, including handling in-store consumer issues.
- Act as a brand ambassador by role modeling our behaviors, values, and style.
- Build trust through collaboration and open communication, serving as a positive role model.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
- Maintain store appearance and embrace the Superdry store look to ensure the store looks appealing.
- Take ownership of delivering business objectives set by the Store Leader, coaching the team to meet retail standards and service expectations.
- Support key compliance tasks such as loss prevention and health and safety.
- Drive a positive attitude and exceed expectations consistently.
- Embrace and promote the Superdry culture among colleagues.
- Maintain awareness of store KPIs and contribute ideas to improve performance.
- Ensure daily productivity and make a positive impact in the store.
- Be authentic and take responsibility for opening and closing the store, including cash handling.

- Support daily supervision of the team, motivating and directing them to deliver excellent service.
- Engage associates to achieve targets and review their progress.
