The Role

Retail Team Leader β€” we call you our Brand Lead. You are an ambassador for the brand, delivering an amazing customer brand experience in store. You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate team to achieve store targets and drive excellence across all areas.

You Will

  • Operations & Service: Passionately use your local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience.
  • Become an expert in our style choices and bring these to life for our consumers.
  • Confidently make important decisions about what’s best for consumers, including owning consumer issues in store.
  • Be a brand ambassador by modelling our behaviours, values, and style.
  • Be a positive role model through collaboration and open communication.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of the business.
  • Take pride in store appearance and maintain the Superdry store look.
  • Deliver business objectives set by the Store Leader, coaching the team to meet retail standards and service expectations.
  • Support key compliance tasks including loss prevention and health and safety.
  • Exceed expectations and drive this attitude in the wider team.
  • Embrace the Superdry culture and share it with colleagues.
  • Maintain commercial awareness of KPIs and contribute fresh ideas to drive performance.
  • Take ownership to ensure productive days with a positive impact for the store.
  • Be yourself and take accountability for opening and closing, including cash handling.

  • Support in the day-to-day supervision of the team
  • Motivate teammates to deliver excellent levels of service
  • Provide clear direction to focus team activity on and off the shop floor; inspire and engage associates to achieve daily targets
  • Lead the team with managers to hit store targets and foster a great place to work
  • Coordinate the team across operational tasks with guidance from your operational expertise
  • Provide timely feedback, recognise successes, and address performance; contribute to talent reviews
