Overview
In this role you own and improve retail processes and supplier relationships, ensuring stores receive reliable service and timely changes. You act as the voice of the stores, gatekeeping tasks and risks while coordinating with head office and suppliers on large-scale changes. You will lead cross-functional collaboration on retail projects, embed new initiatives in store operations, and support issue resolution to maintain smooth BAU processes. A key focus is shaping efficient, sustainable store operations and strong supplier partnerships that support the retail estate. You will engage with regional leaders and field teams to drive measurable improvements and effective change adoption.

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver improvements to retail systems, processes and supplier relationships
- Serve as the stores' voice and gatekeeper for tasks, risks, and capacity planning
- Lead as the retail expert on large-scale business change projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet retail needs on change initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date, simple training materials and documentation for stores
- Manage store visits, audits, and coaching to drive operational improvements
- Engage with Heads Of, Area Leaders and field colleagues to embed initiatives
- Oversee supplier relationships to ensure service and value, coordinating procurement where needed
- Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers affecting retail and ensure requirements are met
- Project manage key initiatives with stakeholder communication at critical stages
- Liaise with communications teams to keep stores informed on operational activity
- Use Workload Planner to manage retail team workload and support office queries
- Ensure processes are sustainable, ethical, and cost-effective
- Raise Purchase Orders for retail operations suppliers
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution to stores and departments
