Working across a broad range of commercial agreements, you’ll provide pragmatic legal advice, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and help drive business growth while managing risk. You WillAdvise on the negotiation and commercial implementation of a varied range of commercial agreements covering every aspect of Superdry’s global operation which include ecommerce, logistics, retail, franchise, wholesale and technology.Support the General Counsel on litigation matters.Provide highly commercial and practical advice on global laws and regulations. Be a safe pair of hands within the wider Legal team which, as above, covers every aspect of Superdry’s global operations from sourcing, compliance, supply and sustainability to marketing, real estate, wholesale, licensing and franchise.Be a Legal Business Partner to Superdry’s Global functions. Develop and maintain close working relationships across the business and take time to understand Superdry’s strategy and commercial goals.Proactively drive continuous improvement in the wider legal team including the use of technology and other solutions to drive process improvements and manage risk.Think laterally and drive practical and innovative commercial solutions to problems.Manage the commercial trackers. Be a senior stakeholder in the business and its management of commercial matters.You AreA solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales with experience in Commercial.
