Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Manager and pharmacy team in delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist in the dispensing process and support the counter as required.
- Perform final accuracy checks where appropriate.
- Use product knowledge to identify customer needs, provide advice, and maximise sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing or equivalent.
- Up-to-date Accuracy Checker qualification, GPhC registered.
- Experience working in a community pharmacy.
- Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for learning and willingness to be trained on additional services.
