Join our successful Superdrug Supply Chain team at our busy Distribution Centre in Darlington. This role involves working within the Savers DC, known as Stead House Distribution Centre.

Role Purpose
The Warehouse Operative in Dispatch plays a key role in ensuring customer (store) orders are picked and loaded accurately, neatly, and safely to meet daily deadlines. The role requires high numeracy skills for weight calculations. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading cages daily.
- Tracking cages in and out of the DC and on systems.
- Meeting daily/weekly performance standards.
- Maintaining excellent loading standards.
- Ensuring stock is clean and undamaged, reporting issues.
- Keeping the work area clean and safe, adopting \’Clean-As-You-Go\’ discipline.
- Supporting Health and Safety procedures, reporting incidents immediately.
