Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead key logistics functions including Goods In, FLT, RRU, Assembly, Stock Maintenance, and Replenishment. You will manage cross-functional teams across all shifts to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including Goods In, FLT, RRU, and Assembly.
- Drive performance through KPI tracking, cost control, and continuous improvement.
- Develop team capability through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior managers and cross-functional teams to align on warehouse strategies and logistics goals.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all warehouse activities.
- Maintain stock accuracy, lead PI (Perpetual Inventory) processes, and meet auditor requirements.
- Monitor site facilities, labour planning, and supplier contracts for operational efficiency.
- Chair or support key meetings including H&S briefings, operational updates, and employee forums.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance warehouse productivity and customer satisfaction.
