Responsibilities

  • Support the management team with daily store operations
  • Drive sales and achieve sales, profit and service KPIs
  • Ensure shelves are stocked and the store looks its best
  • Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors
  • Help the team hit targets and keep operations running smoothly

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Supervisory or team‑leader experience within a fast‑paced high‑street retailer preferred
  • Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit and service
  • Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided, not essential)
