Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tamworth to join our team at Unit 5b Phase 1, Ventura Park. You’ll work with the Store Manager to coach staff, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.
You’ll lead shifts, recruit and motivate the team, manage promotions, stock and audits, and help deliver outstanding store performance. Full-time hours include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
