Working Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
Key Responsibilities
- Event and experiential planning and execution.
- Actively seek opportunities to build the brand across multiple channels.
- Raise the profile of the brand through the development of active marketing strategies and communication programmes in line with business objectives.
- Support in the development and upkeep of company websites.
- Develop, manage and monitor social media forums and activity to generate interest.
- Creation of internal and external literature in support of promoting the brand.
- Monitor and review sales and marketing campaigns and materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing manager and senior mobile manager.
- Maintain good collaborative working relationships with key partners, both internal and external, to support delivery of shared objectives.
- Manage budgets and accurately account for all spend across the activities you are responsible for delivering.
- Undertake any tasks that are in addition to those listed in the job description where required and within capabilities.
- Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer‑first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our O+O platform.
