A day includes
We currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Field based role as a Store Merchandising Team Leader within our Implementation Department Team. You will be effectively managing the on-site execution, delivery and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects while reporting into the Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage merchandising teams and deliver on site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
- Communicate and update daily with the Store/Implementation Manager, Project Support Manager, and other key head office departments.
- Review project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery.
- Ensure revenue cost reporting to the Implementation Manager is delivered in a timely manner. Review on site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
- Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.
- Full training will be provided as part of this role.

What you\’ll need to succeed
- Be willing to travel to a variety of stores within your region.
- You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
- Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
- You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
- Your leadership experience will have equipped you to lead small in-store teams.
- Experience of being a good team player is essential.
- Driving License and willingness to travel.
